Looking for the "Lowest Price"? Don't make a limo shopping mistake.
The biggest mistake you could make when shopping for a limousine service is shopping on PRICE. Big mistake! In the limousine industry, there are many variances of quality and price. All too often, a cheaper price translates into larger risk for you. Most consumers would not choose a restaurant or hotel based on price, yet people shop for a limo service this way and expect 5-star quality. If you shop for a limousine service based on price alone, you will likely be frustrated and disappointed with your limousine experience.
Old vehicles, poor service, unprofessional chauffeurs with poor hygiene, dangerous vehicles, and under-insured services are all possible results of a "lowest price" limo shopping experience.
What Will My Driver Be Wearing?
Black Diamond Luxury Transportation is a 'black tie' service. All of our drivers will be dressed in black suit and tie with a white shirt. Be sure to check with any service that you choose, to make sure your driver will be dressed appropriately. This has become a major concern with many customers searching for limousine services in our area.
When Do My Rental Charges Begin?
If the pickup location is within the metro area there are normally no travel time charges.
If the pickup location is outside the metro area travel time begins when the vehicle leaves our garage and ends when the vehicle returns to our garage. Some excepts do apply, call us to verify.
Are We Allowed to Drink Alcohol in the Limousine?
Yes, as long as everyone in the vehicle is at least 21 years old. We provide a complimentary refreshment bar with soft drinks and ice in our limousines. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages.
What Is the Minimum Amount of Time I Can Rent?
Most of the time there is only a three hour minimum not including airport transfers. There may be a longer minimum on some cars on Friday and Saturday. During peak usage periods the minimums may rise. Call our office and we will be glad to check your date and availability.
How Many People Can Fit in a Limousine?
Limousines, like all vehicles, are rated for maximum capacity. Generally limousines will comfortably hold 2 less passengers than the number of passengers attributed to the capacity of the vehicle. For example, a 14-passenger limousine will hold 12 adults comfortably, 10-passenger limousine will hold 8 adults comfortably, an 8-passenger limousine will hold 6 adults comfortably, and a 6-passenger limousine will hold 4 adults comfortably.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
Weekday sedan rentals require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Weekend sedan rentals require at least 48 notice of cancellation.
There is a 72 hour cancellation policy on all limousine reservations. There is at least a 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm all limousine reservations.
