Just wanted to take this time to thank everyone at Black Diamond for making my 50th birthday the best birthday ever! It was certainly a surprise when I received the call from the office of Black Diamond, informing me that my daughter had arranged a chauffeur and Limo for me!

And how could I have forgotten: Black Diamond is the very company that helped make another one of my past events memorable! (Women's Conference, 2004)

The chauffeur gave me an added gift when he told me that, I was "very pretty!" Now, what 50 year old woman don't enjoy hearing that from time-to-time?! :>}

My daughter is a beautiful, wonderful young lady. I love her dearly. She has always been "creative" in her gift giving! And, I never saw this one coming!!!

Bless you guys for the part you played in her surprise to me! It's perks like this that keeps us looking/feeling youthful and enjoying life!

On November 27th, 2004 I used your service (Black Diamond Luxury Transportation) to transport myself, my Mother, and other family members to my Mother's 80th birthday dinner party at the Marriott hotel. I had never thought about sedan service much, until, I was left without it. At the time, our company used two separate services in the Kansas City Area. It was a Wednesday, when the company receptionist called me to let me know that both the sedan companies were unable to pick me up at the Kansas City airport, which I would be landing at in about two hours….. Shortly, she called again, one of the companies we deal with had recommended the service that they used, and they would be picking me up. As soon as I walked out of airport, I saw the driver, not in just slacks and a shirt, but in a black suit, standing beside a spotless new Lincoln with sign in hand. Black Diamond does cost us a few dollars more than the other companies we have used, but with the new cars (a lot newer and nicer than other services that we have used), professional appearance, excellent service and timely pick ups, it is well worth the little extra money that we pay. Our company was so impressed with the over the top service that we bought ground service packages for Christmas gifts for other executives that we deal with regularly.
